I live in Los Angeles with my husband of 23 years, three sons (two young adults here on earth, one forever 5 year old who guides us from above ✨), and a poodle who is convinced she's human.
For most of my life, I've walked alongside people during some of the most tender and transformative moments in their lives- new parenthood, profound loss, and moments when everything someone thought they knew suddenly shifts. I'm a lactation consultant, parenting expert, and compassionate bereavement care provider, and I've always worked to support people in whatever ways I can.
For more than a decade I worked with thousands of families as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and pre- and postnatal educator. My work with new parents has always been rooted in deep listening, practical support, and honesty. I meet people exactly where they are, without judgment or pressure.
I’m also a Certified Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider and have mentored bereaved parents and children for nearly a decade, holding space for longing, love, anger, hope, and everything in between. One of my proudest moments was publishing a children's book about grieving the loss of a sibling or friend (Missing Gidi). I believe that grief is just another form of love, and that we will grieve our missing loved ones for the rest of our lives. It is a humble privilege to sit with the bereaved, no matter where they are on their grief journey.
Alongside my care work, I’ve spent many years in nonprofit and community leadership, building programs and organizations centered on connection, growth, and belonging. I've helped launch successful start-ups and worked within legacy institutions, always drawn to creativity and meaningful relationship-building. These organizational experiences shape how I show up today: with clarity, warmth, and an understanding of how personal transitions ripple into every part of life.
I’m the mother of three boys, and my youngest died at age five. My own experience of parenting, loss, and life's biggest transitions informs how I see the world and how I show up for others—always with honesty, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s story. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in walking together through all of life's moments, especially the hardest ones.
I’m honored to walk with you.
